Compared to traditional pulse radar, FMCW provides a higher signal-to-noise ratio and measurement accuracy through continuous frequency modulation, enabling millimeter or even sub-millimeter measurement resolution. This ensures stable and reliable level data under various complex process conditions.
Compact Solution Designed for Small and Miniature Tanks: Its ultra-compact size and space-saving design make it the ideal choice for small vessels, metering tanks, reactors, or installations with extremely limited space. The small antenna (typically a planar or small horn antenna) minimizes space requirements and effectively reduces interference from internal tank structures (e.g., agitators, heating coils).
Excellent Chemical Resistance and High Protection Rating: The sensor housing and antenna are made of high-quality PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide), offering outstanding chemical resistance to various acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and industrial liquids.
